Labels don't show on my store.

Open Clearlabel: the top of the Labels page says whether it's switched on in your live theme. If not, click “Turn on”, then Save in the theme editor. Check the label is On and that the preview shows it on the products you expect.

A label is in the wrong place or clashes with my theme.

Use Help in the app (or email us) with the page address. We fix it on your theme, within 24 hours and usually the same day. We don't need a password or staff account.

How do I put badges under the price?

That's a Pro feature. Set the label's “Where” to “Under the price”, then add the “Product badges” block to your product page in the theme editor.

Several labels match one product.

Labels in the same corner stack, highest priority first, up to the limit set in the app embed (2 by default).

What happens if I uninstall?

Labels stop showing and nothing is left in your theme code. Your labels stay saved in your store under Content → Metaobjects → Product label.

How does billing work?

Free has no limits on labels or products. Pro is $5.99/month or $49/year with a 7-day free trial, billed by Shopify. Cancel any time from the Plan page and unused days are refunded. If Clearlabel isn't showing on your store for 30 days, we switch you back to Free automatically.
